Scope of this policy
This policy explains how information is handled when you visit this website, use its contact form, or get in touch with GreyNod Labs. It describes what the website's own code does, which we have checked, and it identifies the separate providers that process information under their own policies. It is a general statement and does not replace any confidentiality terms in a signed agreement.
The contact form and WhatsApp
- The form on this website does not send what you type to a GreyNod server or database. The website code makes no request to submit the form and does not store the details in your browser.
- When you press the button, your browser builds a message from the name, email, service and project details you entered, and opens WhatsApp (
wa.me) with that message pre-filled. This only prepares the message on your device. - GreyNod Labs receives the message only if you then press Send in WhatsApp. Nothing reaches us before that.
- Once sent, the message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy, as well as by us.

The website publishes our business contact details: greynodlabs@gmail.com, +91 98465 14798 (phone and WhatsApp) and Kozhikode, Kerala, India. If you email, call or message us, we receive the information you choose to give us.
What the website code does and does not do
- As at the date above, the website does not include analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, does not use third-party embedded content, and does not set cookies or use browser storage of its own.
- Fonts and images are served from the website itself rather than from third-party font or image services.
- We have not verified settings that exist only at the hosting-provider level (see below), and we do not claim anything about them here.
Hosting, security logs and similar technical records
Like most websites, this one is served by a hosting provider and may use a content delivery network. Providers of this kind commonly keep technical records, such as IP addresses, request times, requested pages and browser details, to run and secure the service, and some offer optional analytics. These records are held by the provider under its own policy, and their content and retention are not set by this website's code. We will name the provider and any analytics tool here once confirmed, and update this page if analytics are added.

Why we use information
We use the information you send us to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations, carry out agreed work, keep records of our engagements, meet legal obligations, and protect our systems and rights. We do not sell your information.
Client projects and security assessments
When we work on a project, we handle the information you give us for that work. Assessment data and findings are confidential and used only for the engagement. Testers aim to access and keep only the minimum data needed to show a finding. Specific handling of project data, including how long it is kept, is set out in your quotation or agreement.
Retention
We keep enquiry and project information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above and to meet legal or accounting requirements. We have not set fixed retention periods for this page. Messages held by WhatsApp or other providers follow their own retention.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS and sends standard security headers. We take reasonable steps to protect information we hold, but no system or transmission method is completely secure. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive data in an enquiry.
Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, including India's data protection law, you may be able to ask to access, correct or delete information we hold about you, or to withdraw consent you have given. Email greynodlabs@gmail.com with your request and we will respond as the law requires. We cannot delete messages held by WhatsApp or other providers on their systems; contact them for that.
